What is the difference between a super-user and a sub-user?

A super-user has the admin rights on the entire account created for a company.
In addition,  create/delete/manage sub-users, edit account settings, monitor account usage, assign various permissions to sub-users, subscribe to new services, and renew existing subscriptions.

Super-user can also post jobs, manage responses through response manager.

A sub-user can post jobs, manage responses through response manager and change her sub-user password.

I’m having problems signing into my account. What should I do?

Can I give permissions to specific users only to use products that I have purchased?

Yes, you can grant product usage permissions to specific users in case you’re logged in as a super-user. For this,

  • Login to your recruiter’s account as a super-user
  • Hover on photo icon on the top right of the screen and click on ‘Manage Sub-Users’

  • Select the sub-user to whom you wish to assign Resdex permissions for example and click on the ‘Edit’ icon against that sub-user.

How to create sub user?

Steps for Super-User are as follows:-

  1. Login to Naukri Recruiter account as super user.
  2. Go to “Manage Sub-Users” page.
  3. Click on Add button.add sub user
  4. Enter the email address of the recruiter. The email address entered in username will be used for communication as well. Assign required permissions. Click on Add.
  5. The new user will start appearing in Pending Users section.create sub user_2

Steps for Sub-User are as follows:-

  1. A verification mail will be sent on the added email ID. User needs to click on the verification link.
  2. As soon as the user verifies her email, she will be moved to Approved Users section in Manage Users section of super user account.
  3. Also, the user will be taken to Generate password page ( as happening previously)
  4. User can then login to her user account.

How to transfer Resdex folders from one sub-user to another?

  1. Login to Naukri Recruiter account as super user.
  2. Go to “Manage Users” page.
  3. Uncheck Resdex rights box for Approved Users to see options for transferring Resdex data.
  4. Select sub user to assign Resdex folders.

Modify User

If you select “None”, Resdex data of TestMNR1993@yopmail.com will not be transferred to any other user.
Data will remain with the same user account.

What are KYC requirements?

  • Know Your Customer (KYC) is mandatory requirement to enable us to know / understand our customers better and help us protect your identity as well as our jobseekers
  • Process of KYC includes verifying the identity and address of customers
  • KYC document approval is needed for activation of any new subscription.
    In case of non-compliance, newly purchased subscriptions will not be activated for use.

Why is KYC needed?

Naukri.com is committed to protecting the data provided to us by our users and increasing the security of our customer accounts.

Hence we have rolled out mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement which will enable us to know / understand our customers better.

The objective is :-
• To protect our users from being victims of fraud
• To prevent misuse of the personal information of jobseekers, which customers are privy to
• To protect the customer’s account information and identity

We need to verify the identity and address of our customers using PAN card and Address Proof

How can I submit my KYC documents?

  1. Login to your Naukri Recruiter account as Super User.
  2. Go to “Submit KYC Documents” link under Administration section.

  3. Fill in your details and upload your PAN card and Address Proof.

  4. We will process the documents and update your status.
    You will receive notification mail on registered email ID (for super user) about the status.
    Your pending subscriptions will get activated automatically when your KYC documents are verified.OR

    • You can also submit documents through your naukri.com account manager.
    • You can mail documents at kyc@naukri.com from super user’s email address.

How to check KYC verification status of my account?

  1. Login to your recruiter’s account as a super-user.
  2. Hover on Photo icon at the top right of the page.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    Your current KYC Status of your account will be available in “KYC Status” section.verify_2
  4. We will also send notification email to super user when KYC documents are approved / rejected.

How to get KYC documents verified in case my organization has applied for PAN Card but not received it yet?

  1. On the Submit KYC Documents page, In place of PAN Card, upload copy of acknowledgement of Form 49A.
  2. KYC verification will happen on the basis of acknowledgement copy and address proof submitted.
  3. You can get a 15 day window to submit your PAN Card copy.
    You can use your subscriptions in the meanwhile.*
  4. Within 15 days, Submit PAN Card copy.
    In case of no PAN Card submission and verification within 15 days, the current subscription will get de-activated.
    After verification of PAN card, your subscription will remain activated without any extension.

To retrieve your password, please go to this page and we’ll email you your account details: https://recruit.naukri.com/info/fetchPassword

Please enter your user name in the “Username” text box and click on “Send Password” button. We’ll email you your account details.

Why do I keep getting logged out of my account?

If you have been logged out of your Naukri account, it is probably because:

  • You have not used the application since 1 hour after you logged in and your login session has expired.

    [Note: It is always recommended click on the “Logout from Naukri” link after you finish using Naukri services. This is to avoid any timeouts and prevent unsaved changes from being lost].

  • You do not have cookies enabled on your browser. You will need to enable cookies and then login again.

How to Use Resdex - Advanced Features

How can I search within results?

To further condense your search results and give you more precise results, you’ve the option to ‘search within results’. You can see this option in search results page

  • Click on ‘Search within Results’ on search results page.
  • Input the criteria in the ‘search within results’ text box, click ‘Search’

This is basically a next level search performed on your original search criteria, which remains the same.

Can I create templates for the emails I wish to send to candidates rather than creating a new email message every time?

Yes, for this you need to create contact templates using these steps:

  • Login to your account
  • Go to ‘Resume database’
  • Click on the tab ‘Contact Templates’
  • Click the button ‘Create New Template’
  • This will open up a dialog box. Specify the template name, and subject, compile the email message and click on ‘Create’.

This template will be listed on the ‘Manage Contact Templates’ page in case you wish to modify it in the future. This will also be available in the ‘contact selected candidates’ form under ‘use saved template’ dropdown, after you click on ‘Send Mail’ button from the resume listing page.

What is refine results/clusters ?

You can use the ‘Cluster’ functionality to further refine your search results. For example, after you’ve performed a search and wish to see the number of resumes against each ‘role’ in that search, you can use ‘role cluster’.  To view number of resumes against various CTC ranges, you can use ‘CTC cluster’ and so on.

What are resume alerts?

Resume alerts are the mails that you receive whenever any new resume matching your saved search criteria enters our resume database. This is to keep you updated on the latest matches against your saved searches.

To set alert settings and frequency:

  • Login to your account
  • Under ‘Resume database’, click on ‘Saved Searches’
  • On the ‘Manage Saved Searches’ page that comes up, click on the tab ‘saved searches’.
  • Check the saved search for which you wish to receive resume alerts via email
  • Click on ‘Edit Alert settings’ icon against that search
  • Follow the instructions on the dialog that comes up

This will set your resume alerts.

Can I add notes/comments to the resumes for additional information or future reference?

Yes, you can add additional notes to a resume by using the ‘Add comments’ option available at the -right on the resume listing page and resume detail page.

Click on that option and enter the desired comments

How can I print a resume?

To print a resume, click on the resume heading from the resume listing page. This will show the resume preview in detail. Click on the ‘Print’ option and this’ll print the resume.

Is it possible to download the resumes that I like or wish to refer later on?

Yes. To download resume(s):

  • Login to your account and go to the folder from which you want to download the resumes.
  • Click on ‘Download resume(s)’
  • Specify the starting and ending index of the resumes you wish to download.
  • Click ‘download’

This will download the desired resumes.

To download the resume that you’re currently viewing, simply click on the ‘Download’ option available at the of the resume preview page.

What is Resume Freshness?

Resume Freshness indicates when a candidate was last active on our site. You can search the resumes in Resdex based on the resume freshness.

How to Use Resdex - Basic Features

How can I search for resumes in Resdex?

In case you are logged in as a Super-user, you can perform various administrative tasks and view MIS usage. However, to perform resume search you will need to login using a subuser account.

You can directly search in Resdex if you’re already logged in as a subuser.

This is how you can perform a search in Resdex if you are logged in as a superuser:

  • Login to Resdex.
  • Under “Resdex” tab, select ‘Search Resumes’. This’ll take you to a page listing the available sub-user names that you can use to login to Resdex and perform the search.
  • Select the desired sub-user from the ‘Username’ dropdown under ‘Available sub-user(s)’ tab.
  • Click ‘Login’. This will take you to the Advance Search Page.
  • Enter your search criteria and finally click on ‘Search Resumes’ button.

If you are logged in as a subuser,

  • Click on the ‘Resdex’ tab and select ‘Search Resumes’. This will directly take you to the Advanced Search Page.
  • Enter your search criteria and finally click on ‘Search resumes’ button.
  • This will show you the resumes matching your search criteria.

What is the significance of keyword search in Resdex Search?

The Keyword field in the RESDEX search form searches for the inputted keyword(s) in various fields of a resume. The keywords are searched for in the following fields of the resume:

  • Profile of the candidate
  • Summary of experience
  • Current Organization – you can look for people currently employed at certain companies by simply writing the company name in the keyword field
  • Designation – you can search for specific designations such as Marketing Manager, Team Leader, CTO, and CEO etc.

The educational institute name fields – you can search for graduates from IIT, IIM etc

How can I save resumes that I like during my search in Resdex ?

To save the desired resumes from the search results page

  • Go to the search results page; check the box against the resume(s) you wish to save/move into a folder.
  • Click on the “Save to Folder” button at the top
  • Follow the instructions in the window that pops up and save/move the resume(s).

To save the desired resumes from the resume details page

  • Click on the “Save to Folder” button at the resume preview page and follow the instructions.

The resume will be moved to the selected folder. This option is more time taking but is helpful when you wish to scan through the entire resume before moving it to a folder.

Once you have saved/moved the desired resume(s) to the folder(s), you can view them from the folder itself.

How can I contact candidates from Resdex?

You can contact candidates in 3 ways:

  1. Send out custom emails from your Resdex account to the candidates.
  2. Send out details of jobs (posted in Naukri) in form of email from your Resdex account to the candidates
  3. Sending out SMS from your Resdex account to the candidates

Method 1: By sending custom emails through Resdex:

  • Select the desired resume(s) from the resume listing page
  • Click ‘Send mail’ from the actions listed at the top
  • From the form that shows up, select an existing email template or compose a new email to be sent to the candidate(s)
  • Attach a job (optional)
  • In case you are sending mails to multiple jobseekers, then you need to apply Candidate filters
  • Preview and send the mail

Method 2: By sending job details through Resdex:

  • Select the desired resume(s) from the resume listing page
  • Click ‘Send Job’ from the actions listed at the top
  • From the form that shows up, select an existing job.
  • In case you are sending mails to multiple jobseekers, then you need to apply Candidate filters
  • Preview and send the mail

Method 3: By sending SMS

You can also contact the candidates through SMS [you’ll need to select ‘Send SMS’ action in that case in step 2 above. However, this option is available only when you’re subscribed to our Insta Hire services. For details, please contact our sales team.

What is Response Management?

Response Management is a feature of eApps that helps you manage the resumes received against each job. You can move Resumes to folders, shortlist, put them on hold, deleting, forwarding and downloading them and contact candidates by email.

eApps (electronics application software) is an efficient response management tool.

Eapps is different from Basic Response Viewer (BRV) in multiple ways –

  • BRV [Basic Response Viewer] is a simpler version of response manager. It has limited features and is available free with classified Job Posting subscription.
  • BRV allows you to view the responses against your jobs that are posted on Naukri site only , unlike eApps, that allows you to manage responses from other media like print, your website as well.
  • eApps also provides some additional features like searching resumes, assigning filters and questionnaires to jobs, creating folders to store and track responses and contacting candidates, which are not available in BRV. eApps stores the resumes unlike BRV that stores only the responses with sme standard flolders.

What is drawer? How can I use this it to improve productivity?

Drawer is a app-specific local space where you can move profiles you need to take actions on.

You can take the following actions on the profiles –

  1. Send Mail
  2. Send SMS
  3. Add to Folder
  4. Delete profile

Can I move profiles to drawer and access it from desktop? how long is the data stored ?

The drawer data is stored locally on your phone,  and hence,
currently profiles moved to Drawer will Not be accessible from Desktop.

In case you want to access CVs from Desktop,
you can choose to move the profiles to a Resdex Folder instead of Drawer.

Data storage in Drawer
The drawer allows you to store upto 500 profiles at one time.
Once you add more profiles, earlier profiles get overwritten.

The profiles will be kept in drawer till you are logged-in to the app.
We will remove the profile once you log out.

The CV details page can only be accessed from drawer if you have an active resdex subscription.

How do I use my NaukriRecruiter to contact candidates? What is a vCard?

Your NaukriRecruiter will be used to create a vCard for you, which can be attached to all emails that you send to jobseekers as well as jobs that you post on Naukri.com.

VCard is a standard format for electronic business cards. Your NaukriRecruiter vCard will contain the following information: photo, name, designation, company and location. The Vcard can be attached to a job that you have posted or emails that you send to jobseekers.

Why can’t I access my created NaukriRecruiter profile without verifying my email id?

We need you to verify your email-id to increase the credibility of your NaukriRecruiter profile.
This avoids any issues in case someone else tries to use your email id to create a fake NaukriRecruiter profile.

Who would be able to see my NaukriRecruiter?

Your NaukriRecruiter profile would be visible to jobseekers on their Naukri Jobseeker profile page and when they search for recruiter profiles on Naukri.com. Anyone with a link to your recruiter profile would be able to view it, however in order to follow your profile jobseekers have to login to their Naukri accounts.

Adding a picture adds credibility to your profile from the perspective of the candidates/jobseekers. This is likely to bring more relevant responses to your job postings and also when you contact a candidate through email. Adding earlier employers will showcase your career experience and will add credibility to your recruiter profile.

Can I post Jobs using NaukriRecruiter? Where can i see applies to these ?

You can post Quick Jobs which contain the following fields: Designation hiring for, Location hiring for, Company hiring for and Link to Job. Jobseekers following your NaukriRecruiter on Naukri would be able to view these jobs. In addition any job posting where the responses are collected in an email id used to create a NaukriRecruiter, will be displayed in that NaukriRecruiter.

For the jobs that are posted using your NaukriRecruiter, you will receive all jobseeker applications to the email id which was used to create your NaukriRecruiter.

There is no limit to the number of jobs that you can add under Currently Hiring. However, only 10 jobs will be visible on your NaukriRecruiter at a time, with the option to view more jobs.

How can jobseekers contact me based on my NaukriRecruiter Profile?

Jobseekers cannot contact you directly based on your recruiter profile. They can follow your recruiter profile using their Naukri Jobseeker profiles and get updates on the jobs that are associated with your NaukriRecruiter. In addition they can apply on jobs that you post using your NaukriRecruiter. These applications will go directly to the email id with which you have registered your NaukriRecruiter.
In addition jobseekers can send personalized messages to you. These will sent on your registered email id as well as in online Inbox.

How can I search for resumes in Resdex?

In case you are logged in as a Super-user, you can perform various administrative tasks and view MIS usage. However, to perform resume search you will need to login using a subuser account.

You can directly search in Resdex if you’re already logged in as a subuser.

This is how you can perform a search in Resdex if you are logged in as a superuser:

  • Login to Resdex.
  • Under “Resdex” tab, select ‘Search Resumes’. This’ll take you to a page listing the available sub-user names that you can use to login to Resdex and perform the search.
  • Select the desired sub-user from the ‘Username’ dropdown under ‘Available sub-user(s)’ tab.
  • Click ‘Login’. This will take you to the Advance Search Page.
  • Enter your search criteria and finally click on ‘Search Resumes’ button.

If you are logged in as a subuser,

  • Click on the ‘Resdex’ tab and select ‘Search Resumes’. This will directly take you to the Advanced Search Page.

What is the significance of keyword search in Resdex Search?

The Keyword field in the RESDEX search form searches for the inputted keyword(s) in various fields of a resume. The keywords are searched for in the following fields of the resume:

  • Profile of the candidate
  • Summary of experience
  • Current Organization – you can look for people currently employed at certain companies by simply writing the company name in the keyword field
  • Designation – you can search for specific designations such as Marketing Manager, Team Leader, CTO, and CEO etc.

The educational institute name fields – you can search for graduates from IIT, IIM etc

How can I save resumes that I like during my search in Resdex ?

To save the desired resumes from the search results page

  • Go to the search results page; check the box against the resume(s) you wish to save/move into a folder.
  • Click on the “Save to Folder” button at the top
  • Follow the instructions in the window that pops up and save/move the resume(s).

To save the desired resumes from the resume details page

  • Click on the “Save to Folder” button at the resume preview page and follow the instructions.

The resume will be moved to the selected folder. This option is more time taking but is helpful when you wish to scan through the entire resume before moving it to a folder.

Once you have saved/moved the desired resume(s) to the folder(s), you can view them from the folder itself.

How can I contact candidates from Resdex?

You can contact candidates in 3 ways:

  1. Send out custom emails from your Resdex account to the candidates.
  2. Send out details of jobs (posted in Naukri) in form of email from your Resdex account to the candidates
  3. Sending out SMS from your Resdex account to the candidates

Method 1: By sending custom emails through Resdex:

  • Select the desired resume(s) from the resume listing page
  • Click ‘Send mail’ from the actions listed at the top
  • From the form that shows up, select an existing email template or compose a new email to be sent to the candidate(s)
  • Attach a job (optional)
  • In case you are sending mails to multiple jobseekers, then you need to apply Candidate filters
  • Preview and send the mail

Method 2: By sending job details through Resdex:

  • Select the desired resume(s) from the resume listing page
  • Click ‘Send Job’ from the actions listed at the top
  • From the form that shows up, select an existing job.
  • In case you are sending mails to multiple jobseekers, then you need to apply Candidate filters
  • Preview and send the mail

Method 3: By sending SMS

You can also contact the candidates through SMS [you’ll need to select ‘Send SMS’ action in that case in step 2 above. However, this option is available only when you’re subscribed to our Insta Hire services. For details, please contact our sales team.

How can I search within results?

To further condense your search results and give you more precise results, you’ve the option to ‘search within results’. You can see this option in search results page

  • Click on ‘Search within Results’ on search results page.
  • Input the criteria in the ‘search within results’ text box, click ‘Search’

This is basically a next level search performed on your original search criteria, which remains the same.

Can I create templates for the emails I wish to send to candidates rather than creating a new email message every time?

Yes, for this you need to create contact templates using these steps:

  • Login to your account
  • Go to ‘Resume database’
  • Click on the tab ‘Contact Templates’
  • Click the button ‘Create New Template’
  • This will open up a dialog box. Specify the template name, and subject, compile the email message and click on ‘Create’.

This template will be listed on the ‘Manage Contact Templates’ page in case you wish to modify it in the future. This will also be available in the ‘contact selected candidates’ form under ‘use saved template’ dropdown, after you click on ‘Send Mail’ button from the resume listing page.

What is refine results/clusters ?

You can use the ‘Cluster’ functionality to further refine your search results. For example, after you’ve performed a search and wish to see the number of resumes against each ‘role’ in that search, you can use ‘role cluster’.  To view number of resumes against various CTC ranges, you can use ‘CTC cluster’ and so on.

Resdex User Management

What is the significance of ‘Available usernames’? What happens if I turn it ON or OFF?

‘Available usernames’ shows the sub-user names that are not currently logged into Resdex and are available for use.

You need to be a Super-user to turn this feature ON / OFF. If you turn it ON, you will enable sub-user(s) of your account to see a list of usernames who are not using Resdex. Thus, they can select any of the idle usernames & login to the database.

Please note that you’ll be able to view the list of available sub-users only when you’ve permissions to do so else you’ll need to contact your super-user for this.

What is meant by ‘Reset sub-user’?

You need to be a Super-user to turn this feature ON / OFF. If you turn it ON, you will empower sub-user(s) of your account to reset their login id if somebody has already logged into the Resdex with the same username.

In case you are a super-user, then you can reset any of the sub-user logins.  For this go to main menu and click on ‘Reset sub-user(s)’. From the listed sub-user names, click on the ones that you wish to reset and click the ‘Reset’ button.

How can I keep track of user activity in my Resdex account?

To view Resdex activity in your account over a period of time, you can generate and view the following reports after you login to account as a super-user [These reports are available to super-user only]:

  • Database Usage report:Displays the overall Resdex activity of the users of your company over a period of time.
  • User Login report:Displays the login details and activity of the users using Resdex. In the last month
  • Contacted Candidate MIS [available to sub-user only]:Displays the report on the candidates contacted by the sub-user. The data is available for last 7 days only and you can run the report for a specified duration.

Besides, you can also customize the reports’ display and choose the fields to be included.

You can access Resdex reports in either of the following ways:

  • Login to your recruiter’s account » Go to section ‘Reports and MIS’ » Click on ‘Database Usage Reports’ or ‘Login Report’ under ‘Resdex Reports’.
  • Login to Resdex » click on the tab ‘Reports & MIS’ » Click on either of these tabs: Database Usage, User login or Contacted Candidate MIS » Follow the instructions on the form and generate the desired report.

For later use, you can also download these reports in MS Excel format.

In case you wish to receive these reports in your mailbox at regular intervals, you can set daily, monthly, weekly alerts for these reports. However, this functionality is available only to a super-user.

How to transfer Resdex folders from one sub-user to another?

  1. Login to Naukri Recruiter account as super user.
  2. Go to “Manage Users” page.
  3. Uncheck Resdex rights box for Approved Users to see options for transferring Resdex data.
  4. Select sub user to assign Resdex folders.

Modify User

If you select “None”, Resdex data of TestMNR1993@yopmail.com will not be transferred to any other user.
Data will remain with the same user account.

Response Management is a feature of eApps that helps you manage the resumes received against each job. You can move Resumes to folders, shortlist, put them on hold, deleting, forwarding and downloading them and contact candidates by email.

Eapps is different from Basic Response Viewer (BRV) in multiple ways –

  • BRV [Basic Response Viewer] is a simpler version of response manager. It has limited features and is available free with classified Job Posting subscription.
  • BRV allows you to view the responses against your jobs that are posted on Naukri site only , unlike eApps, that allows you to manage responses from other media like print, your website as well.
  • eApps also provides some additional features like searching resumes, assigning filters and questionnaires to jobs, creating folders to store and track responses and contacting candidates, which are not available in BRV. eApps stores the resumes unlike BRV that stores only the responses with sme standard flolders.

How do I view the applications/responses received for the job that I have posted?

For the job that you’ve posted on Naukri, you can choose to receive the applications in different ways:

  • eApps Basic: Choose to receive responses in your Naukri response manager with advanced filters and Questionnaires. In addition, you can also forward a copy of application email-ids chosen in your job
  • Email: Directly receive the applications on the email id provided by you while posting the job.
    The responses will also be available in your basic response manager in your Naukri account
  • Company URL: Redirect the applicant to this URL as soon as jobseeker clicks the apply button on the job
  • Walk-in: Provide venue and date-time for jobseekers to walk-in for interviews

Where can I see the jobs posted by me in the last few months ?

  1. Jobs posted by you during the last 3 months on Naukri site but that are not currently active are marked as ‘Inactive’ jobs. You can’t edit and refresh such jobs but can recall them. These jobs are available in your account for a period of 3 months from the date of these being inactive.
    You can view them under Manage jobs and responses page
  2. Jobs that are currently active on the site are marked as ‘Active’ jobs.
    A job remains active till 30 days from the date of posting or the date of refresh. You can edit and refresh live jobs. You can also manage the responses for these jobs and download them.

Step Up by Naukri is an initiative designed to support organizations which are recruiting people as a response to COVID-19 pandemic. It equips organizations from select industries with free solutions & personalized support to help them recruit faster.

2. Which industries are covered as part of Step Up initiative?

Organizations that operate in the following 5 industries – Medical/Healthcare/Hospitals, Medical Devices/Equipment, Pharma/Biotech/Clinical Research, Telecom/ISP , Internet/Ecommerce – are eligible to avail free products/services under Step Up.

6. How long will the Step Up initiative be active for?

Step Up initiative will be active for a period of 3 months till July 31st. Organizations enrolled for this initiative can post their free jobs until the last date, which will be live on Naukri for 30 days from the day of posting.

7. Can free services be utilized after the initiative’s end date (July 31st) ?

Organizations under Step Up will not be able to post free jobs or use free services after the end date. However, services initiated before the end date will be supported until closure.

8. What if I don’t use all free services by the initiative’s end date?

Free services which are not utilized by the organization cannot be carried forward after the end date and will be deactivated.

9. If I am an existing customer already having a job posting package, can I post a paid job?

Yes. All regular paid services will continue as is.

What is drawer? How can I use this it to improve productivity?

Drawer is a app-specific local space where you can move profiles you need to take actions on.

You can take the following actions on the profiles –

  1. Send Mail
  2. Send SMS
  3. Add to Folder
  4. Delete profile

Can I move profiles to drawer and access it from desktop? how long is the data stored ?

The drawer data is stored locally on your phone,  and hence,
currently profiles moved to Drawer will Not be accessible from Desktop.

In case you want to access CVs from Desktop,
you can choose to move the profiles to a Resdex Folder instead of Drawer.

Data storage in Drawer
The drawer allows you to store upto 500 profiles at one time.
Once you add more profiles, earlier profiles get overwritten.

The profiles will be kept in drawer till you are logged-in to the app.
We will remove the profile once you log out.

The CV details page can only be accessed from drawer if you have an active resdex subscription.

Will I get notifications while I am not logged into Recruiter App?

No, you will get Saved Searches and New Application notifications only when you are logged in to the app.

However, if you have saved Call reminder notification in Google Calendar, then the same will notified even without App login at the time of calling.

Why do I keep getting logged out of my account?

If you have been logged out of your Naukri account, it is probably because:

  • You have not used the application since 1 hour after you logged in and your login session has expired.

    [Note: It is always recommended click on the “Logout from Naukri” link after you finish using Naukri services. This is to avoid any timeouts and prevent unsaved changes from being lost].

  • You do not have cookies enabled on your browser. You will need to enable cookies and then login again.

What is OTP based login authentication for sub users and super users?

To prevent any unauthorized access in your accounts and verify each recruiter account offered by Naukri,
all users will be required to enter a One Time Password (OTP) after submitting username/password
before they can use any Naukri service.

  • Users need to mandatorily have unique and verified email ID as login ID.
  • The OTP will be sent on verified email ID.
  • In case verified mobile number is available in the user’s account,
    then OTP will be sent via SMS as well.
  • OTP will become mandatory for all users and super users soon

What are the Pre-requisites for OTP based Login?

There are 2 pre-requisites for OTP based Login:-

  • All users must have unique and verified email ID as login ID.
    When suspicious login is detected by the system, OTP will be sent on verified email to confirm authorised login.
  • Users can add and verify their mobile numbers.
    If verified mobile number is available in user’s account, then OTP will be sent via SMS as well.
